Organic Compounds Experiment Design

Select 3 foods and design an experiment to test for the following organic compounds:

1. Lipids 2. Monosaccharides 3. Proteins

You will have multiple experimental groups, but make sure to include a control group, and controlled variables (controls). THINK LIKE A SCIENTIST...Good Luck!!
