Yoga is "An ancient system of practices originating in India. It is aimed at integrating mind, body and spirit to enhance health and well-being. There are many different forms of yoga. For our purposes, we'll look at yoga as a form of exercise.

2. Look at the yoga poses in the slide show at the TeensHealth site or check out the ones here: http://www.yogasite.com/postures.html. Try three different poses. Name the three poses you tried and describe how your muscles felt as you held the pose.
