This week I also want you to do a little on-line surfing. I have given you some informative websites to learn information about diet and exercise. This week one of your assignments is to go and find three websites that we have not used in class. You need to list three websites (they can be informative about health, nutrition, sport, or phyiscal activity). You need to also list whyyou like the website and how other students in this course could benefit from it. Be creative, perhaps there is a cool website with fun videos or exercise tools.
