It has been suggested that some crimes are so bad that for the victim to have to face the alleged criminal in court is too traumatic. Study this clause for the 6th Amendment and then answer the following question.

Are there some crimes that are so horrible that the victim should not have too face the alleged criminal in open court?

Remember that a person on trial is not convicted of any crime, the are innocent until proven guilty. The person accusing the person on trial may be lying. The person on trial may be charged with harming a minor child in some serious way.
